Smooth dessert of caramelized banana with cream cheese, accompanied by a peanut and cinnamon crumble with a touch of cardamom, bathed in a peanut butter sauce. Prepare these individual desserts and you will enjoy them very much with whoever you share them.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup wheat flour, for the crumble
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder, for the crumble
  • 1/2 bars butter, (45 g) cut into small cubes, for the crumble
  • 1/4 cups peanut, chopped, for the crumble
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar, for the crumble
  • 3 bananas, for banana cream
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar, for banana cream
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, for banana cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter, for banana cream
  • 1 Reddi Wip® Orignal, for banana cream and cream cheese
  • 190 grams cream cheese, at room temperature, for cheese cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups refined sugar, for cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups peanut butter, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups milk, for the sauce
  • 1 banana, cut into sheets

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
For the crumble in a bowl mix the flour, the cinnamon powder, using the fingertips, rub the butter with the powders until crumbs form. Add the peanut and sugar. Until forming a mass.
In a pan spread the dough evenly and bake 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and chop the crumble already cold into small pieces. Reservation.
Wrap the bananas in aluminum with sugar, cinnamon and butter, bake 15 minutes until soft. Remove from the oven and blend perfectly well. In a bowl mix what you liquefied with Reddi Wip Original® cream until you have a homogeneous mixture.
In the blender, add the cream cheese with the essence of vanilla, the refined sugar and half a cup of Reddi Wip Original®, until a very creamy mixture is obtained.
Heat a saucepan over low heat and add the peanut butter and milk to a thick sauce. Remove from heat and reserve.
In a glass cup add the base crumble and with a duya sleeve add the banana cream and with another sleeve with duya the cheese mixture until you get 3 layers. Add a banana laminita and a little peanut sauce. Enjoy

PRESENTATION

In a glass container of your taste serves the crumble the banana mousse.

TIPS

Remember that for a crumble you do not have to cream the butter has to have an earthy texture to obtain the desired.
