Cheesecake with Brownie

This recipe is the perfect blend of two of your favorite desserts: brownies and cheesecake. In addition to the combination of two flavors that we all love, as it is made of vanilla and chocolate, this creamy cheesecake has everything to become your favorite baking recipe to make on any occasion thanks to the touch of Santa Clara cream.

  • 2 cups bittersweet chocolate, melted, for the brownie
  • 3/4 cups butter, melted, for the brownie
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar, for the brownie
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the brownie

  • 3/4 cups cocoa, for the brownie
  • 3/4 cups flour, for the brownie
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped, for the brownie
  • 3 packages cream cheese, at room temperature, for the cheesecake
  • 1/2 cups sugar, for the cheesecake
  • 1 cup Santa Clara® sour cream, for the cheesecake
  • 3 eggs, for the cheesecake
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the cheesecake

  • whipped cream, for decoration
  • raspberry jam, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
  • In a bowl, mix the chocolate with the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, cocoa, flour, and walnuts. Then pour into a 25 cm diameter mold and set aside.
  • For the cheesecake, beat the cream cheese, sugar, Santa Clara® cream at medium speed, and add the eggs one by one, then the vanilla extract and lemon zest.
  • In a previously floured and greased mold, pour the brownie mixture and add the cheesecake mixture on top.
  • Bake for 90 minutes. Unmold, let cool, and set aside.
  • Add whipped cream with the help of a spoon and using a piping bag, decorate with raspberry jam, raspberries, chocolate shavings, and mint.
