Cheesecake with Brownie

This recipe is the perfect mix of two of your favorite desserts: brownies and cheesecake. In addition to the combination of two flavors that we all love, because it is made of vanilla and chocolate, this creamy cheesecake has everything to become your favorite pastry recipe to make on any occasion. Take care that the temperature of your oven is correct, since if you bake at a higher temperature the cheesecake can burst.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 2 cups of dark chocolate cast, for brownie
  • 3/4 of Cup of Butter melted, for the brownie
  • 1/2 Cup of powder sugar for the brownie
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence for the brownie
  • 5 eggs for the brownie
  • 3/4 of Cup of cocoa for the brownie
  • 3/4 of Cup of flour for the brownie
  • 1 Cup of nut chopped, for the brownie
  • 3 packages of cream cheese at room temperature, for the cheesecake
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar for the cheesecake
  • 1 Cup of sour cream for the cheesecake
  • 3 eggs for the cheesecake
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence for the cheesecake
  • enough of lemon zest for the cheesecake
  • enough of whipped cream to decorate
  • enough of raspberry jam to decorate
  • enough of raspberry to decorate
  • enough of Chocolate chips to decorate
  • enough of mint to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
    In a bowl, mix the chocolate with the butter, the glass sugar, the vanilla essence, the eggs, the cocoa, the flour and the nuts. Then pour into a mold of 25 cm in diameter and reserve.
    For the cheesecake, beat the cream cheese, the sugar, the sour cream, and add the eggs one by one, then the vanilla essence and the lemon zest.
    In a previously floured and greased mold, pour the brownie mixture and add the cheesecake mixture on top.
    Bake for 90 minutes. Unmold, let cool and reserve.
    Add the whipped cream with the help of a spoon and with the help of a sleeve, decorate with raspberry jam, raspberries, chocolate chips and mint.

    PRESENTATION

    On a cake base, accompanied by coffee.

    TIPS

    It is necessary that the cream cheese is at room temperature to mix evenly in the preparation, otherwise it will be lumpy. Take care that the temperature of your oven is correct, since if you bake at a higher temperature the cheesecake can burst.
