Prepare this delicious chocoflan express. I'm sharing this recipe that results in a rich flavor, fluffy texture, and is super easy to make. It's ideal for sharing with family.
In a cake mold, cover the entire surface with cajeta or caramel.
In the blender, combine 5 eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese, and vanilla.
Blend and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients: cake flour, 3 eggs, milk, and oil.
Combine and pour the cake mixture into the mold with cajeta.
Then, carefully and with the help of a spoon, slowly add the blended mixture on top of the cake mixture.
It’s okay if they mix a little because they will separate in the oven.
Bake in a water bath for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 200° C. Once done, let it cool slightly and unmold.
