  • 1 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 1/4 cups evaporated milk
  • 2 cups chocolate cookies
  • 1 cup whipped cream

  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler for 5 minutes or until completely melted. Set aside.
  • Blend the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and dark chocolate. Set aside.
  • Place a layer of chocolate cookies in the baking dish, cover with a bit of the mixture, add another layer of cookies and a layer of chocolate mixture. Repeat the same process until the baking dish is full. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Serve the charlotte in the same baking dish, decorate with whipped cream and crushed cookies.
