Chocolate Coulant Filled with Mango and Orange

  • 1 liter orange juice
  • 200 grams unsalted butter
  • 200 grams chocolate, to melt
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 grams raw sugar
  • 110 grams flour
  • 9 grams cocoa powder

  • Pour the orange juice into a container to freeze later.
  • Melt the Butter and Chocolate in the microwave (defrost option) or in a double boiler In a bowl, add the Eggs and Brown Sugar and whisk together.
  • Once whisked, we will add the Chocolate with the melted Butter and, using a spatula, we will gently fold in with up-and-down movements. Incorporate the Cocoa Powder and continue moving up-and-down, and finally, add the Flour and repeat the same operation.
  • Pour a little more than 1/4 of the batter into the baking container, add the frozen juice ball in the center, and cover again with batter until about 3/4 full. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180º C.
