Chocolate-Covered Marzipan

It is traditional marzipan now covered with chocolate; dare to make it, it's very simple and delicious.

100 grams almonds, ground or powdered
100 grams icing sugar
1 egg white
100 grams semisweet chocolate
40 grams cocoa butter

Preheat the oven to 170°C. Mix the almond with the sugar and add the egg white until a compact paste forms.
Cook in a double boiler for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly, then remove from heat and let cool.
Form the marzipan balls and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, then cool for a few minutes before unmolding.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave and add the cocoa butter, mixing well.
Dip each marzipan into the chocolate one by one and leave them until they harden.
