60 milliliters water, hot
60 milliliters whipping cream
12 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
90 grams chocolate, melted
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 pinch salt

Dissolve the coffee in hot water and let cool.
Place the heavy cream in the mixer at high speed for 5 minutes.
Lower the speed to medium, add the butter and melted chocolate.
Gradually add the sugar, cocoa, and a pinch of salt.
At the end, add the coffee and mix.
