Coconut Balls

The recipe for coconut balls is a preparation that I assure you will be very much to your liking. It is very simple to cook, you don't need the stove to prepare it, and its flavor is exquisite. The grated coconut with the walnut gives a unique flavor to this delicious dessert.

  • 100 grams coconut, grated
  • 397 grams condensed milk
  • 50 grams cranberries
  • 1 cup whole pecans

  • Blend the coconut or use a food processor to make it very fine. Reserve some of the coconut and to the rest, gradually add the sweetened condensed milk until a dough forms that does not stick to your hands. If necessary, use the reserved coconut until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Form a ball with the dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator until the dough is firm, which may take one to two hours.
  • Form balls the size of a chocolate truffle, place a halved walnut in the middle. Close the ball. Roll it in the remaining coconut.
  • Serve and enjoy. Yields approximately 15 balls.
