Ingredients

10 portions
  • 100 grams coconut, grated
  • 397 grams condensed milk
  • 50 grams cranberry
  • 1 cup whole walnut

Preparation

Blend the coconut or use a food processor to make it very thin. Reserve a little of the coconut and the rest, add the condensed milk little by little until it forms a mass that does not stick on your hands. If necessary, use the reserved coconut until reaching the desired consistency.
Form a ball with the dough. Wrap in a kitchen film and let stand in the refrigerator until the dough is firm, it may take an hour or two.
Form small balls the size of a chocolate candy, place a halved nut in the middle Close the ball. Pass it through the leftover coconut.
Serve and enjoy. Makes approximately 15 balls.
