Crepe Batter

The crepe batter is very simple to prepare, and with this base, you can cook delicious savory crepes or scrumptious sweet crepes. It has never been so easy to make crepes at home.

  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, egg, and 1/2 cup of milk. The mixture should be a bit liquid, so add the rest of the milk until you achieve that texture.
  • In the pan, add a little butter. Add the mixture just enough to cover the bottom of the pan with a very thin layer, preferably.
  • Let it cook for a minute (this may vary) and flip until you achieve the desired level of doneness.
