Date pudding is a dessert that combines dates, carrots, ginger, black tea, and the essential ingredients for a dessert: butter and sugar. A very delicious dessert! Try it!
Preheat the oven to medium temperature. Grease and flour two pudding molds.
Process the butter and sugar in a bowl. Add the eggs one by one while beating until a cream is formed. Add the ginger, 100 milliliters of tea (not hot), and the flour. Beat for 3 minutes and then add the grated carrots and chopped dates. Fold in gently until these last elements are integrated.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pudding molds, previously greased and floured (the mixture should not exceed half of the mold). Bake for 30 minutes at medium temperature.
Confirm they are ready by inserting a skewer and ensuring it comes out clean.
Let cool for a moment and unmold.
