Easy Cajeta Gelatin

  • 1 cup cajeta Burnt
  • 1/2 cans condensed milk, sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cups water, hot
  • 1/4 cups water, cold

  • Soak the gelatin in ¼ cup of cold water for 10 minutes. Add ½ cup of hot water.
  • Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour into a gelatin mold and place it in the refrigerator for 45 minutes or until set.
  • Unmold the gelatin onto a nice plate.
