1 cup cajeta Burnt
1/2 cans condensed milk, sweetened condensed milk
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
1 cup cow's milk
1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cups water, hot
1/4 cups water, cold

Soak the gelatin in ¼ cup of cold water for 10 minutes. Add ½ cup of hot water.
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Pour into a gelatin mold and place it in the refrigerator for 45 minutes or until set.
Unmold the gelatin onto a nice plate.
