This cajeta gelatin recipe is ideal for a dinner or a birthday. It is very simple and everyone is sure to love the taste.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 cup Burned cajeta
  • 1/2 cans condensed milk, dairy
  • 2 envelopes gelatin
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 1/2 cups Water, hot
  • 1/4 cups Water, cold

Preparation

Soak the gelatin in ¼ cup of cold water for 10 minutes. Add ½ cup of hot water.
Add all the ingredients in the blender and blend until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
Empty into a jello pan and set in the refrigerator for 45 minutes or until it is firm.
Unmold the gelatin into a nice dish.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate it with your favorite fruits.

Queda deliciosa con una textura cremosa. En mi caso hice el doble pero tengan mucho cuidado ya que quedó dulce creo que con 2/3 de la lata de leche condensada hubiera sido suficiente procuren poner al último este ingrediente y estar probando para que quede a su gusto
