250 grams whipping cream , lyncott

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
Heat 50ml of milk and mix it with the melted chocolate.
Whip the remaining 200ml of cream and combine it with the previous mixture.
Serve in cups or a mold and refrigerate.
