It is a delicious white chocolate mousse dessert, very easy to make and the best thing is that you only need two ingredients!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 100 white chocolates
  • 250 grams whipping cream, lyncott

Preparation

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Heat 50ml of milk and mix with the melted chocolate.
Beat 200ml of remaining cream and mix with the previous mixture.
Serve in glasses or in a mold and refrigerate.

PRESENTATION

Serve with fruits of your preference, they can be strawberries, peach, mango, etc. You can also puree some fruit and serve it at the bottom of the glass, put on the mousse and refrigerate it.

TIPS

You can also do it with dark chocolate or milk.
