Mix the pancake mix, egg, melted butter, brown sugar, and milk in a bowl. Whisk until you obtain a homogeneous mixture and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
While the batter rests, heat enough vegetable oil over medium heat and prepare the chocolate Cremax® Cookies: insert a stick into one of the narrow ends of each chocolate Cremax® Cookie and set aside.
Dip the cookie into the skewer batter you prepared and immediately transfer it to the hot oil. Fry for about 3 minutes, or until a golden crust forms. Remove the cookie skewer from the oil and remove excess grease with a paper towel.
Once the fried cookie skewers are ready, decorate by sprinkling a little cocoa and serve with red fruits.
