Mix the pancake mix, egg, melted butter, brown sugar, and milk in a bowl. Whisk until you obtain a homogeneous mixture and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. While the batter rests, heat enough vegetable oil over medium heat and prepare the chocolate Cremax® Cookies: insert a stick into one of the narrow ends of each chocolate Cremax® Cookie and set aside.
