The easiest bread in history, its flavor of banana, date, and sunflower seeds will leave you wanting more. Make it at home and pair it with your favorite drink.
Soak the dates for 20 minutes and once soft, mash them with a fork.
Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
In a bowl, mash the bananas with the dates and the other ingredients, except for the sunflower seeds. Once the mixture is ready, place it in a square baking dish and add the seeds on top.
Bake for 45-60 min.
Check with a fork that it is well cooked. Let it cool and cut.
