Ingredients

  • 3/4 of Cup of date chopped
  • 4 pieces of ripe banana
  • 2 1/2 cups of whole wheat flours
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1/2 Cup of nut chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of nutmeg
  • 1/4 of Cup of sunflower seed

    Preparation

    Soak the dates for 20 minutes and then smooth them with a fork.
    Heat the oven to 350 ° F or 180 ° C.
    In a bowl, mash the bananas with the dates and other ingredients, except the sunflower seeds. Once the mixture is ready, place it in a square refractory and over the seeds.
    Bake 45-60 min.
    Check with a fork that is well cooked. Let cool and cut.
