Individual Corn Bread

  • 4 ears corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 sheath vanilla essence, the seeds
  • 50 grams cream cheese
  • 1/2 sticks butter, melted (45 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 65 grams sugar
  • 50 grams flour
  • butter, to grease the molds

  • Oven preheated to 180° C.
  • Remove the corn kernels and place them in a blender. Add the eggs and the seeds from the vanilla pod. If you can't find a vanilla pod, you can substitute it with vanilla extract.
  • Add the cream cheese, butter, baking powder, sugar, and flour.
  • Blend until you have a homogeneous mixture. Grease the individual molds with a little butter and pour in the mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Serve.
