1/4 cups butter
1 can condensed milk
4 eggs, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites
4 tablespoons lime juice
200 grams sugar

For the crust; mix the cookie crumbs and melted butter; press it into a pie pan and spread it evenly across the bottom with the back of a spoon.
Blend the condensed milk, egg yolks, and lemon juice until well combined. Pour the filling over the crust in the pie pan.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then add the 200 g of sugar and the lemon juice, until the meringue has a smooth yet firm consistency.
Spread it over the pie, forming peaks with a spatula.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
