  • 2 sticks cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 3/4 cups spreadable marzipan
  • 1/4 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 3 cups vanilla cookies
  • chocolate, melted, for decoration
  • mazapán, for decoration

  • Mix the cream cheese, condensed milk, spreadable marzipan, evaporated milk, and vanilla essence until well combined. Then, fold in the whipped cream gently. Set aside.
  • Place a layer of cookies in a pastry ring, pour a little of the previous mixture, and repeat the process until finishing with the marzipan mixture.Refrigerate the charlotte for 2 hours.
  • Unmold the marzipan charlotte and decorate with chocolate and marzipans.
