Melon with Orange Gelatin

This gelatin is a healthy and light option for your children's breakfast, accompanied by a delicious piece of melon that will provide them with nutrients to start their day in a more fun way.

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 envelope orange gelatin
  • 1 melon , washed and disinfected
  • 5 strawberries, washed, disinfected, and sliced
  • 5 raspberries, washed and disinfected
  • 5 cherries , washed and disinfected

  • In a small pot, heat the water; when it comes to a boil, add the orange gelatin and mix well until completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds and a bit of the pulp, which you should reserve and cut into pieces.
  • Add the strawberries, raspberries, cherries, and pieces of melon to the center of each half. Fill with the orange gelatin and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and cut into slices. Serve.
