In a pot heats the water, when it breaks the boil add the orange gelatin and mix well until it dissolves completely. Remove from the fire and let cool.
Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds and a little of the pulp, which you must reserve and cut into pieces.
Add the strawberries, raspberries, cherries and melon pieces to the center of each half. Fill with orange gelatin and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
Remove from the refrigerator and cut into slices. It serves.
