Oat Muffin

These muffins are perfect for breakfast, delicious and nutritious that kids will love. They are very easy to prepare and are very healthy. It's an easy recipe for kids that you can't miss making.

  • 1 cup oats, ground
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest, yellow
  • 270 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 cup blackberries, washed, disinfected, and dry
  • 3/4 cups chocolate chips, (100 g)

  • Preheat the oven to 190° C.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the egg, zest, butter, and milk. Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Fold in the blackberries.
  • In a muffin pan, place cupcake liners and fill with the mixture up to 2/3 of their capacity. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let it rest for 5 minutes before removing from the mold.
