  • 1 kilo wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 500 milliliters brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 90 grams butter

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Melt the panela, mix it with the wheat flour, eggs, butter, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder, and beat well.
