500 milliliters brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 pinch salt
90 grams butter
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Melt the panela, mix it with the wheat flour, eggs, butter, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder, and beat well.
Place in a greased and floured mold, and bake for 45 minutes.
