Pink Crepe Cake

With this recipe for blurred pink crepe cake, you will have an easy and very beautiful dessert to make. Since it is a no-bake dessert, it is very convenient to prepare, and its decoration with crystallized petals makes it a delicate cake, ideal for celebrating a special woman in your life.

  • 4 San Juan® eggs
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • food coloring, pink

  • 5 cream cheese, for frosting (950 g)
  • 1/4 cups whipping cream, for frosting
  • 1 cup icing sugar, for frosting

  • Preheat the oven to 120 °C.
  • For the crepes: in a bowl, mix the flour with the San Juan® eggs, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until you achieve a smooth, lump-free mixture. Divide the mixture into 3 and color with pink food coloring in 3 different shades, from darkest to lightest, and set aside.
  • Heat a pan with cooking spray, make crepes in different shades of pink, and set aside.
  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until you obtain a smooth and creamy frosting, then store in the refrigerator.
  • On a board, place a dark pink crepe, spread a little frosting, and cover with another layer of crepe; repeat the process from the lighter color to the darker until finished. Completely cover with frosting, refrigerate, and set aside.
  • On a baking tray with parchment paper, place the rose petals and brush with San Juan® egg whites, sprinkle with sugar, and bake until the sugar caramelizes and the petals are firm.
  • Decorate with the rose petals and macarons.
