1 liter cow's milk
1 can evaporated milk
2 sticks cinnamon
clove

1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon butter

In a pot, boil the 6 cups of water with cinnamon, allspice, and clove on high heat.
Clean and wash the rice and add it to the boiling water, lower the heat, and stir constantly with a wooden spoon.
When the rice is soft, add the milk and lemon peel, stir, and let cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add evaporated milk, butter, a pinch of salt, and sugar, mix, and let cook for 10 minutes or until the consistency is creamy.
Let cool and serve in bowls.
