Preparation
In a pot boil the 6 cups of water with cinnamon, maguey and the sweet clove over high heat.
Clean and wash the rice and add it in the boiling water, lower the heat and stir constantly with a wooden spoon.
When the rice is soft add the cow's milk and the lemon peel, stir and let cook for 5 or 10 minutes.
Add the evaporated milk, butter, the pinch of salt and sugar, add and let cook for 10 minutes or until the cooking is creamy.
Let cool and serve in bowls.
