1 1/2 cups Gamesa® pancake mix
1 cup cow's milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cups vegetable oil
chantilly cream
1 envelope cornstarch, for vanilla flavor atole
1/2 liters cow's milk
cocoa powder
Preparation

Put the sifted flour along with the baking powder in a container.
Mix the eggs with the oil and the cup of milk and one tablespoon of melted butter, then incorporate it into the flour.
In a greased and floured stove-safe mold, pour in the mixture.
Cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
In a pot, heat half a liter of milk, and once it's boiling, pour in the packet for vanilla flavor atole until you achieve a thick mixture.
When the cake is ready, remove it from the mold and cut it in half, pour in the atole mixture, and cover it.
Cover the entire cake with whipped cream; then mix a bit of whipped cream with cocoa powder for decoration, and it's ready to serve.
