This cake is very practical for when there is not much time and money is very fun and everyone will love it, it serves for any occasion and if it is for children there are many ways to decorate everything is in the imagination that you put.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 1/2 cups of Flour for Gamesa® Hot Cakes
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoonful of royal baking powder
  • 1/2 Cup of oil
  • chantilly cream
  • 1 on of cornstarch for atole flavor vanilla
  • 1/2 liter of milk
  • powdered chocolates

    Preparation

    Put the sifted flour together with the royal in a toper.
    Mix the eggs with the oil and the cup of milk and a spoonful of melted butter, add to the flour.
    In a mold for stove without oiled and floured oven pour the mixture.
    Cook over low heat for 10 or 15 minutes.
    In a pot put to heat half a liter of milk and since this boiling pour the envelope to atole vanilla flavor to achieve a thick mixture.
    When the cake is ready, remove it from the mold and break it in half, pour the atole mixture and cover.
    Cover all the cake with the chantilly then mix a little chantilly with chocolate powder to decorate and ready to serve.

    PRESENTATION

    You can decorate your cake with peach in syrup and lunches if it is for children.

    TIPS

    You can use peaches in syrup and place them on top of the atole mixture.
