Simple Banana Muffins

We present you with delicious and healthy banana muffins. The combination of oats and banana is perfect as it provides a good portion of fiber, ideal for preventing constipation.

  • 1 cup instant oatmeal
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups yogurt, greek
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1/8 teaspoons salt
  • 1/3 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cooking spray, necessary amount

  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  • With cooking spray, grease a cupcake pan.
  • Add the ingredients to the Evenflo Advance® food processor bowl. Turn the blender base. Place the blender container and twist it clockwise. Press the power button and blend for 3 minutes or until the oatmeal is finely ground.
  • Fill each muffin mold ¾ full and add a few chocolate chips to each muffin.
  • Bake them for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow them to cool completely.
