We present you some delicious and healthy banana muffins. The combination of oatmeal and banana is perfect, since it gives you a good portion of fiber, perfect to avoid constipation.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of instant oatmeal
  • 1 piece of banana
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1/2 Cup of Yogurt Greek
  • 2 spoonfuls of honey
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1/8 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/3 of Cup of chocolate chip
  • 1 cooking spray oil necessary amount

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    With the oil in spray. greases a mold for cupcakes.
