Yoghurt with Sweet Carrots and Walnuts

If you love carrot desserts but are tired of the same old thing, we present this version of yoghurt with sweet carrots and a touch of walnuts that will be your favorite. You don't need anything you don't have in your pantry to prepare it!

1 1/2 tablespoons butter
2 carrots, peeled and grated
1/4 cups raw sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cups walnuts, chopped and toasted
4 yogurt, natural Oikos® (150 ml each)

In a skillet over low heat, melt the butter. Add the carrots and sugar and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
Remove from heat and add the cinnamon and walnuts, mixing very well. Set aside.
Place the yoghurt in small cups or bowls and add a bit of the carrot mixture on top.
Garnish with more walnuts.
