425 grams pumpkin purée
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cups milk
4 eggs
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoons nutmeg powder
1/4 teaspoons ginger powder
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease and flour a mold.
Mix the pumpkin puree with the sugar, then incorporate the oil and milk until there are no lumps.
Add the eggs one at a time, mix, and let rest.
Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger in a large bowl.
Sift the dry ingredients and incorporate them with the wet ones, then add chopped nuts and mix.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
