  • 425 grams pumpkin purée
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons ginger powder
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease and flour a mold.
  • Mix the pumpkin puree with the sugar, then incorporate the oil and milk until there are no lumps.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mix, and let rest.
  • Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger in a large bowl.
  • Sift the dry ingredients and incorporate them with the wet ones, then add chopped nuts and mix.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
