  • 1 cup rompope
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 10 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cups water, or milk

  • Blend together evaporated milk, condensed milk, rompope, and cinnamon in a blender.
  • Heat the water or milk to hydrate the gelatin until it is lump-free, with a sponge-like appearance, and blend it into the mixture of the milks and rompope in the blender.
  • Pour into molds and refrigerate until set.
