Easy Strawberry Pie

Make this Easy Strawberry Pie with a cookie and butter crust. If you like very sweet desserts, add a bit of powdered sugar to the strawberry filling mixture. No oven is needed to prepare it.

  • 1 cup María cookies, for the crust
  • 1 cup corn flakes, for the crust
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest, for the crust
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar, for the crust
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted, for the crust
  • 1 envelope Zuko® Strawberry, 15 g
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder, 7g, hydrated and melted
  • whipped cream, for decoration
  • strawberries, in halves, for decoration

  • For the crust, crush the Maria cookies along with the cornflakes in a food processor or in a bag using a rolling pin, until you obtain a fine powder.
  • In a bowl, mix the cookie crumbs and cereal with the lemon zest, brown sugar, and butter.
  • Pour the mixture into a pie mold and gently press down with a spoon to form the base. Refrigerate.
  • For the filling, dissolve the contents of Zuko® strawberry in the whipped cream. Set aside.
  • Beat the cream cheese until smooth and incorporate the whipped cream, lemon juice, vanilla, and gelatin in a thin stream.
  • Pour the mixture over the cookie crust and spread it evenly. Refrigerate until set. Unmold and garnish with whipped cream and strawberries.
