Make this Easy Strawberry Pie with a cookie and butter crust. If you like very sweet desserts, add a bit of powdered sugar to the strawberry filling mixture. No oven is needed to prepare it.

For the crust, crush the Maria cookies along with the cornflakes in a food processor or in a bag using a rolling pin, until you obtain a fine powder. In a bowl, mix the cookie crumbs and cereal with the lemon zest, brown sugar, and butter. Pour the mixture into a pie mold and gently press down with a spoon to form the base. Refrigerate. For the filling, dissolve the contents of Zuko® strawberry in the whipped cream. Set aside. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and incorporate the whipped cream, lemon juice, vanilla, and gelatin in a thin stream. Pour the mixture over the cookie crust and spread it evenly. Refrigerate until set. Unmold and garnish with whipped cream and strawberries.
