Blend the first 3 ingredients (evaporated milk, condensed milk, and half cream) and pour into a saucepan. Heat and once hot, add the cinnamon and hydrated gelatin.
Boil for a few minutes until the gelatin is completely incorporated.
Remove and let cool.
Add the eggnog and pour into a mold and refrigerate until set.
Dip in hot water for 5 seconds and unmold.
