Eggnog Magic

This Eggnog Magic recipe is very tasty. It's delicious, make it!

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can table cream
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 25 grams unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated in 1/2 cup of cold water
  • 170 milliliters rompope

  • Blend the first 3 ingredients (evaporated milk, condensed milk, and half cream) and pour into a saucepan. Heat and once hot, add the cinnamon and hydrated gelatin.
  • Boil for a few minutes until the gelatin is completely incorporated.
  • Remove and let cool.
  • Add the eggnog and pour into a mold and refrigerate until set.
  • Dip in hot water for 5 seconds and unmold.
