Use a mandoline to slice the apple with the skin on.
Roll out the puff pastry and use a rice plate to cut the dough and to cut 9 equal squares from the star paper to cover the plate.
Lay the pastry on the plate and brush with butter. Arrange the apple slices in a circle towards the center without leaving any gaps.
Brush the slices with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Place the star-shaped paper with the stars facing outward, rotate the plate, and separate the dough from the filling.
Preheat the oven to 200° C and bake for 20 minutes, and it's ready.
