Traditional flan recipe, based on eggs and with caramel on top.

  • 200 grams condensed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 200 grams fresh milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Using a mixer, blend the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, fresh milk, and vanilla in a bowl and beat until well mixed.
  • Melt the sugar until it reaches caramel stage in a pot. Pour the melted caramel into the mold and let it cool.
  • Once the caramel has hardened, add the mixture of eggs, milk, etc.
  • Place a tray with water and set the mold on top, then cook in the oven for 30 minutes in a water bath.
  • Let it cool and store it in the refrigerator.
