Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 (or 180C) degrees
With a mixer, mix the eggs, the condensed milk, the fresh milk and vanilla in a bowl until well blended.
Melt the sugar until it is at the point of turning into caramel in a pot. Put the melted candy in the mold and let it cool.
Once the caramel has hardened, add the mixture of eggs, milk, etc.
Place a tray with water and place the mold on top and let it cook in the oven for 30 minutes in the water bath.
Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator.
