  • Put the cup of sugar for the caramel in a small pot over the heat, stirring constantly until it melts and turns a golden color. Pour into the mold where the flan will be prepared and preheat the mold to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Then mix all the ingredients with a hand whisk, trying not to create foam; aim to mix well for a good result.
  • Next, pour into the mold that already has the caramel and place it in the oven in a water bath, which means in a container with water at least covering half of the mold.
