Ingredients

10 portions
  • 3 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup sugar, for honey

Preparation

Put the cup of sugar for the honey in a pot, stirring constantly until it melts and has a golden color. Empty the mold where the cream is going to be turned, put to heat the mold to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Then mix all the ingredients with a hand mixer without forming a foam, try to mix well to obtain a good result.
Then empty the mold that is already with the caramel put in the oven in a water bath, this is in a tank that has water at least until it covers half of the mold.
