Flan Danette Gelatin

One of the quickest recipes to prepare a flan gelatin. Delicious and very simple.

  • 2 cups whipping cream, (500 ml)
  • 6 Danette® creme caramel, 100 g each
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each) hydrated in 1/4 cup of water and melted in a double boiler
  • fruit of the forest, for decoration

  • Blend the whipping cream with the Flan Danette® and the sugar, gradually incorporate the previously hydrated and melted gelatin.
  • Pour into a lightly greased gelatin mold and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
  • Unmold and serve, decorating with red fruits.
