2 cups whipping cream, (500 ml)
6 Danette® creme caramel, 100 g each
1 cup sugar
3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each) hydrated in 1/4 cup of water and melted in a double boiler
fruit of the forest, for decoration

Blend the whipping cream with the Flan Danette® and the sugar, gradually incorporate the previously hydrated and melted gelatin.
Pour into a lightly greased gelatin mold and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
Unmold and serve, decorating with red fruits.
