In a bowl, mix the Huevo San Juan® and beat until fully incorporated. Set aside.
Heat the milk in a medium pot for 2 minutes and add the marshmallows, mixing for about 5 minutes until they dissolve. Add the Huevo San Juan® while continuing to beat; cook for 3 more minutes until the texture is thick.
Pour the Huevo San Juan® egg whites into the tetrapack container and let cool at room temperature, then transfer to the refrigerator and let sit overnight.
Cut the container and unmold the flan by carefully sliding it onto a plate.
Decorate with marshmallows.
