In a bowl, mix the Huevo San Juan® and beat until fully incorporated. Set aside. Heat the milk in a medium pot for 2 minutes and add the marshmallows, mixing for about 5 minutes until they dissolve. Add the Huevo San Juan® while continuing to beat; cook for 3 more minutes until the texture is thick.
