1 cup granulated sugar, for the caramel
1 1/2 cups cream cheese, in medium cubes
6 eggs
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup Irish cream
2 tablespoons vanilla essence
Irish cream, for garnish
chocolate shavings, for decoration
chocolate truffle, for garnish

Add the sugar to a pan over medium heat and cook until it melts and turns brown, then pour into a 20 cm diameter mold. Cool and set aside.
Blend the evaporated milk, eggs, cream cheese, vanilla, whiskey cream, and vanilla extract.
Pour the previous mixture into the mold and bake the flan in a water bath at 200 °C for 90 minutes. Cool and unmold.
Pour a bit more whiskey cream over the caramel and add chocolate shavings. You can serve the whiskey cream flan with truffles.
