Banana Flan

  • 1/2 cups cow's milk, hot
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs

  • We put the sugar in a pot over medium heat to make the caramel; when it's ready, we pour it into a mold until completely covered, set aside, and let it cool.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • In the blender, we put the eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla essence, milk, and bananas, blending for one minute. We pour this mixture into the mold and place it in a water bath in the oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let it cool and serve.
